Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized institution. Candidates with a 16-year bachelor’s degree in the same fields may also be considered. The age of the candidate must be in range of 21 to 45 years.
Experience Required
A minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience is required, specifically in customer service operations or similar roles. Preference will be given to candidates who have:
- Prior experience in managing industrial estates or large-scale operations
- A history of enhancing service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Skills in designing and executing operational procedures and policies
- MicroSoft Office complete understanding and other tools software
- Strong collaboration skills with internal teams and external partners
