The Human Resource and Minority Affairs Department of the Government of Punjab has announced Punjab Govt HRMA Minorities Scholarship. levels. Deserving students from minority groups can apply for a fixed yearly stipend to support their education.

Scholarship Stipend Details:
PKR 100,000/- per year for Professional Undergraduate & Ph.D. programs (MBBS, DVM, BDS, B.Sc, Pharm-D, Ph.D.)
PKR 70,000/- per year for Postgraduate programs (MA, MSc, MS, MPhil, LLM, etc.)
PKR 60,000/- per year for Bachelor’s Degree programs (BA, BSc, BBA, BCom, LLB, etc.)
PKR 40,000/- per year for Intermediate-level students (FA, FSc, ICom, A-level, DAE, etc.)
PKR 30,000/- per year for Matric/O-Level students
Eligibility Criteria:
✔ Belong to a Minority Group
✔ Regular student at a Government Institution
✔ Studying in a Punjab Government or Federal Government institution within Punjab
✔ Domicile of Punjab
✔ Minimum 50% marks in the last examination
✔ Monthly family income should not exceed PKR 59,600/-

📄 Attested copies of all educational certificates (by a 17-grade officer)
📄 Copy of CNIC (Student & Father)
📄 Domicile Certificate
📄 3 passport-size photographs
📄 Income Certificate (Attested by a Gazzeted Officer)
📄 Semester System Certificate (from the Examination Controller or Head of the Department)
